Jack with hot peppers. Starts of not very hot but gets noticeable hotter with each bite. This cheese is crafted in a tine cheese plant a little outside Grand Rapids. The plant can only accept milk in cans (no bulk tanks) so all the milk is local and from small Amish farms. The plant grows it's own cultures, so no GMO'd cultures. The cows are primarily on grass and don't receive any hormones. This is the cheese you've seen us with at the Farmers Market
