Please be advised that the seal is broken when the bag is opened so it will not stay as fresh as the sealed bags. The French Roast is roasted long enough to bring out some of the natural oil to the surface of the bean. It is a shade lighter than the Italian Roast producing a full bodied coffee. The French Roast will be packaged as whole beans. Enjoy!
