Wild Caught from Lakes Michigan with live trap nets by us, our Great Lakes whitefish fillets are vacuum packed within 24 hours of harvest. Fresh whitefish for Coop will be caught on the Monday or Tuesday before Wednesday pick. If the boats do no go on Monday or Tuesday, your fresh fish will be replaced with vacuum packed frozen.
