This coffee comes directly from our farms in the mountains of Honduras.

Our Practices

Our coffee is grown naturally without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. The bushes grow in the shade in an ecologically sensitive environment which includes a multitude of native trees like banana, plaintain, orange, lemon, cedar and mahagony. Once the berries are picked, they are put through a machine that splits the berry from the bean, washed and then place on a cement patio to dry in the sun. They are shipped to the U.S. as a green bean. We roast our coffee in smaller quanities in order to ensure fresh, quality coffee.
